At Right of Way of Texas, LLC we believe a firm’s qualifications are not based solely on what is written but by actions, by understanding the lifecycle of a project, applying education, experience, and skill to bring a project to completion. We have more than twenty years’ experience in the Right of Way industry including the private sector and working in the public sector at the Texas Department of Transportation, Right of Way Department.

Experience, training, and education Right of Way of Texas considers effective practices to accelerate Right of Way delivery. We are qualified by Texas Department of Transportation in Local Government Project Procedures enabling Right of Way of Texas to provide consulting services for federally funded projects seeking reimbursement from Federal Highway Administration. Right of Way of Texas holds a firm Real Estate Broker’s license. All staff have an extensive TXDOT background, hold a Texas real estate license, and from the International Right of Way Associations multiple designations, and continuing education. To broaden and enhance our knowledge, we participate in the latest training provided by the Federal Highway Administration through the National Highway Institute. Right of Way of Texas’ involvement in professional affiliations and an emphasis on continuing education and training in the Right of Way Industry, Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition for Federally Assisted Programs (Uniform Act), Landowner’s Bill of Rights, real estate, eminent domain, and relocation fields keeping up to date on the latest laws and procedures.

We would also like to note, at Right of Way of Texas a positive safety culture is absolutely a vital part of our successful and effective health and safety program. We hold monthly safety talks to communicate safe practices, expectations, and best practices with a mindset of Vision Zero. We engage our staff in contributing information for Safety Minutes at every meeting and by doing so Right of Way of Texas believes we increase positive attitudes and behaviors of our team not only in the workplace but out in the field.
